Trillium Construction is now hiring a Construction Regional Manager for work in the TX, NM and AZ markets.

Our client is a well-established self-performing Industrial Subcontractor providing new construction and maintenance nationwide. Industries serviced: Power Gen, Renewable Energy, Mining, Pharma, AG, Food & Bev, healthcare, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Date Centers.

This is a direct-hire position. The annual salary is $180k-$200K base. Travel: 40%-50%. Benefits include M/V/D, 401K, up to 25% bonuses. Monthly vehicle allowance OR company vehicle issued.

Duties:
-Responsible for ensuring the overall safety, quality, and profitability of the region.
-Ensure that all projects meet or beat bid-day gross margins, supporting the Industrial Services controls that are necessary to achieve this goal
-Bid and build projects in the following markets: fossil fuels, mining, food and beverage, power, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemical, renewables, pulp and paper, and agricultural, etc.
-Work with Regional management team and the sales function within the Controls group to ensure all services are maximized with each existing and future customer. 
-This includes customer meetings, proposal development, and new customer acquisition

Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in the Industrial construction sector as a Sr. Project Manager, Operations Manager of VP of Constriction or similiar experience.
-Industry background should include, but not limited to: Power Gen, Renewable Energy, Mining, Pharma, AG, Food & Bev, healthcare, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Date Centers.
-MUST have experience with self-performing work!
-Mechanical experience (civil work, equipment installs, concrete, structural steel, process piping, plant expansions)
-Experience with industrial subcontracting is highly beneficial.
-Experience with strategic planning, financial statement evaluation, KPI development, leadership development, customer acquisition, basic human resource functions, and all other elements of leading a construction company.
-Experience managing projects across multiple locations, up to $50MM in value, and multiple PM’s with at least 150 craft employees
-MUST be able to travel 30-50%
